Please make sure to only make the deposit amount listed on the Package you are interested in. This payment is taken off your total with the remaining balance due in Cash Only the day of your Session.

 All Deposits are non-refundable no exceptions. If you cancel your session you will lose your deposit. Rescheduling will hold your deposit if given a 24 hour notice. ( If bad weather we will reschedule) Please make sure the name on the debit card and appointment name I have match. If you do not have a Debit card under your name, you can use another persons card but you will have to contact me right after to make sure you receive your credit. Your date may also become unavailable due to first come first serve basics. If you wait for more than 24hrs to secure your date by making your deposit please contact me before making the payment to make sure the appointment is still available. 

(Most deposits are made and accepted within a few hours)



SESSION POLICY

I completely love what I do and I try to make sure to accommodate your photography needs. I want to make sure you have the best experience as possible along the way which is why I do have a few policies I would like for you to go over and understand before making your deposit to secure your appointment with me.

Appointment Time

I make sure to schedule my sessions accordingly so please make sure to arrive to your session on time. Scheduling hours are mainly early morning or evening to catch the best lighting for your photos. If you arrive late it will cut into your appointment time. Make sure you consider traffic hour, major highways etc. as a factor while traveling.

*There will be a late fee added if we have to reschedule due to arriving late.

Rescheduling

I know sometimes things comes up, the weather doesn't cooperate or kiddos become sick, no worries. I will try my best to reschedule you a day that works for the both of us. If you were scheduled for a Weekday appointment you will be reschedule for another weekday appointment. If you were schedule for a Weekend appointment, I will try my hardest to make sure I can fit you in on another weekend.

Rush my Photos

If you are on a time crunch due to needing your photos done for a special occasion, please note to book within enough time to allow editing time to make sure your photos are completed within the deadline. You also have the option to rush your photos for a fee.

Package Changes

Due to each session having their own time frame, you will not be allowed to downgrade or upgrade packages without more than a 2 weeks notice if accepted.

Cancellations

If you cancel your appointment without rescheduling a new date, you will lose your deposit.

No Call/No Show

If you are unable to be reached, unresponsive to calls/emails/text, or if you do not arrive to your appointment while I am already on location, you will be considered as a no call/no show. Due to being unresponsive and not letting me know ahead of time that you will not be able to attend your appointment, you will no longer be allowed to book any of my photography services.
